We have owned other car brands over the years and our experience at Luther Toyota has consistently been superior, even when compared to a local luxury car dealership. The Toyota team is friendly, courteous, and attentive - and, most of the service reps have been there as long as I have been a customer. The facilities are clean, comfortable, and inviting - I usually wait in the customer lounge when my car is serviced so I appreciate the amenities in the customer lounge area. I have often referred to this dealership's level of customer service as superior to experiences in other dealerships when responding to a customer satisfaction survey, noting Luther Brookdale Toyota as an example for what customer service should be at a car dealership. New Camry Engine Back in February I found out I needed a new engine due to no oil. I did not realize the car was burning oil. I was very frustrated and disappointed m Back in February I found out I needed a new engine due to no oil. I did not realize the car was burning oil. I was very frustrated and disappointed mostly in me missing that. Steve said let me see what I can do for you. That same day he found a good used engine for my 2011 Camry. He put together a price that was more than fair. He came through and within a week I had my car back and running. Since then I have driven over 1200 miles without an issue. I am greatly appreciative of Steve and Jeremy for their service and the urgency they took to get my car fixed. Thank you very much!. More

We (my wife and I} got a fair offer for our trade-in and paid a fair price for our new Highlander. Diana carefully explained every step of the purchase process to us and made certain we understood how to operate the technology in our new vehicle. Diana is a great representative of the new-car buying experience we've come to expect at Luther. Our first Toyota was a 1999 Camry followed by 3 Highlanders. We come back to Luther because equally important as Toyota's reputation for quality is having confidence that we are going to be treated fairly and respectfully when we come into the dealership for purchases and ongoing maintenance. Yes, it’s a business, and yes, the dealers need to make their money, but Let me start with...I really dislike buying cars. Really.dislike.buying.cars. Yes, it’s a business, and yes, the dealers need to make their money, but I’ve always felt like dealers are out to take more than their fair share. As a result, I am on guard from minute one and begin negotiating as soon as I step foot in the dealership. You still need to do your homework, and you still need to be prepared to negotiate - I got more for my trade-in after I went back with another dealer’s trade-in offer and I received a nice discount on all weather mats - but Diana and the whole dealership were very friendly throughout the entire process and super easy to work with. There was no need for any heavy handed negotiating techniques - they listened to my concerns and suggestions and I felt like they worked in good faith to address them. We got a great deal on both the trade-in and the purchase price and the sales experience was painless and, maybe, even a little enjoyable. Diana will be the first sales person I’ll return to for a second car - she was genuine, sincere, knowledgeable and very engaged throughout the entire sales cycle. More
