Absolutely the BEST customer service I have ever dealt with. Over the past 5 or so years that I've been coming to Luther Brookdale Toyota I have always experienced stellar customer service. (In fact, my only disappointment has been that in my last visit they ran out of complimentary cookies before I got there.) I hope every Luther dealer is like this, as Luther will be my first visit if I or my wife buy another car. More

Getting mixed feelings We found the car online, we thought was a good deal on a rare car, test drove it and it was exactly what we wanted. We purchased it and did an upgrade to get the vehicle rust proofed. They had it 3 days to clean, get a dent out - which they did, but the rust proofing was not done. We picked up and did not think anything about it. Then 5 days later we got a call about fixing the dent and it got us thinking that if that was not marked done was the rust proofing done... We called only to find out that it was not done so now we need to go back to the dealer and drop the car off. UGGG - disappointing, we like the car so far - day 5. More

Great Service as Usual! We’ve bought two new Toyota vehicles here. It’s the only place I’ll take them for service or maintenance. Great Job in service center I noticed my car was having trouble backing up so I stopped by and they were able to do the work right away needed rear breaks. and a oil change. They were friendly and the work was done faster then they had said it would be done. I like going to this store they are always friendly. from the first person when you drive your car in to the cashier when you are done. More
