CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AFTER PURCHASE IS NOT A PRIORITY. I purchased a used (2015) CERTIFIED vehicle on January 21st, 2019 as well as the extended warranty. On February 25th, 2019- just over one month from p I purchased a used (2015) CERTIFIED vehicle on January 21st, 2019 as well as the extended warranty. On February 25th, 2019- just over one month from purchase, my car stopped starting on its own...requiring it to be jump started each time. My Rav4 has NOT started on it's own the past 4 times I've tried to drive it. Yesterday, February 26th, I took the vehicle to an auto store and they diagnosed the battery as being old and no longer holding enough of a charge to start the car. I contacted Luther last night via phone and spoke with multiple people, including the salesman, all of whom told me there is nothing they can do for me. A battery is one of the cheapest things they can replace for a vehicle, but obviously customer service and satisfaction after the purchase of a CERTIFIED vehicle is not a priority of Luther Brookdale Toyota. I was obviously given the original car battery, as this car is 4 years old. More

Unscheduled service Had a low tire, drove in, greeted by service techs (know many of them from years of servicing our Toyotas at toyota City/Luther Brookdale), explained Had a low tire, drove in, greeted by service techs (know many of them from years of servicing our Toyotas at toyota City/Luther Brookdale), explained the problem, Jeremy wrote up the order, he met me in waiting area in just over 30 minutes to explain what was found,repairs were completed, & I was on my way. Total time about one hour for drive in service that hadn’t been pre-scheduled. In 30 years of utilizing this dealership’s service, we have always had prompt, professional, effective, friendly encounters. Never had an experience of incomplete or poorly performed service. Those folks know their Toyotas, & get the work done well & promptly. Thanks to all the folks there, from the manager Steve Miller, to all the service advisors, to all the technicians, the greeters that get the mileage & VIN number, & the folks at the cashier desk. More
