Sometimes the recommendations were less than those suggested by Toyota. Through this process, I developed a respect for their knowledge and typically authorized them to proceed as they stated. Keith Kihle was the representative that sold me my 2013 4 Runner. He was helpful, courteous and pleasantly assisted with my concerns.
