2015 Certified 4Runner Luther is one of the best dealerships I have ever been to. They were all friendly, knowledgeable and took extra time every step of the way. From first walking in the front desk staff smiled and greeted me immedietly, being a manager of the frontline in a bank I cannot tell you how professional and great it is to experience that. Bruce was my salesman and he was great, I already knew I wanted a 4Runner so he just made sure I found which one I liked. He also took the time at the end show me all the features, and even set up my phone to sink. He demonstrated how the navigation worked and mentioned things he had observed to help. The finance manager, Dominick was also friendly and didn't treat me like I had no idea what I was doing, which I liked. He did make sure I understood all my options for extra coverage but wasn't pushy He even recommended a local Mexican restaurant and it was great. Another staff member had come over to check and see if I wanted any extra items added which was great because I did, they were installed on the vehicle while I waited. She was not trying to sell me anything either she just wanted to know if there were extras I would like added. This was Labor Day weekend so there were quite a few customers around and I anticipated the staff would probably be much busier and not have time for all the little extras, but not here. Everyone was helped but they also maintained a warm friendly atmosphere. Even thought I live over 500 miles away I would definitely plan a weekend trip to get another vehicle from Luther. More
