It's clean and nice. Sales staff it way to old school. Sales man never stopped talking. Bought our 2008 Avalon here in 2011 and have been back for service multiple times and the staff is always friendly and the wait time is reasonable. I really appreciated that the parking spots are numbered for service multiple times and the staff is always friendly and the wait time is reasonable. Keith Kihle has been my salesman for over 10 years. I have purchased 3 4 Runners from him, and my fiance has leased 3 Rav4s. I had my car towed to Brooklyn Toyota on Friday PM. Duane initiated the paperwork to service my Camry Hybrid which was completely dead. Duane called me Monday first thing in the morning to inform about the cause of the problem. The 12 V battery was replaced, and the computer was reset, and I picked up my car on Monday afternoon. I'm very pleased with the friendly and timely manner they service my car. They have established credibility and quality in the service they provide. This is the reason why I have bought, and serviced, my Toyotas with them. More
