They also had the part necessary to replace the spare tire holder on a recall issue that I had been waiting for several months for another Toyota dealer to replace and they did that at Luther also. It was an A-1 experience. Having evening hours is a great service. More

They are always pleasant, helpful and take the time to fully explain any questions I have. I also appreciate that the Service Dept is open until midnight and I have never had to have an appointment for regular maintenance. A year ago I purchased my newest RAV and during this process I met Sara Davis. At the time, Sara was new to Luther but I think she was amazingly respectful. She was patient with me and did not use pushy sales tactics. She has great customer service skills; she remembers people, explains the features of a vehicle clearly (and multiple times if you didn't retain it all the first time), calls and sends notes to say hi and just to follow-up. I can not recommend Sara strongly enough. Go see her at Luther and I know you will have an excellent vehicle buying experience! More
