Everything was done with quality for my truck. Being that this was my first time visiting the service dept there things could've been better. The directions given brought me to the wrong building. Being that this was my first time visiting the service dept there things could've been better. The directions given brought me to the wrong building. The staff didn't ask if I knew where to wait. The cashier was very impersonal and did not direct me to where to find mt vehicle. Kinda rude. But they did run my truck through the car wash like I asked. Need to remember not everyone has visited before and kindness goes a long way. I'm a nurse and would be in big trouble treating my patient or families this way. More

The actual service was OK. They told me it’s gonna be one hour. I was there for 2 1/2 hours when I went to check on the status my keys was there. The car was ready like an hour They told me it’s gonna be one hour. I was there for 2 1/2 hours when I went to check on the status my keys was there. The car was ready like an hour ago the person who checked me in he forgot to check me out then they tried to find him so he can check me out. They could not find him for like 30 minutes then a manager Kim and man will be check me out so I can leave. It was horrible experience for the waiting and communication. They text me when I arrived, but they never text me to say your car is ready. It was a horrible communication long wait for no reason but the actual Work get in my car was good. More

The paper work on the day of purchase went smoothly and he took a lot of time going over all the features in the car which was very helpful since my previous car was a 2011 and had none of the safety features that cars have today.
