I have brought my car here for service for over 14 years, and have purchased three vehicles from them. I brought my car in for service today with a scheduled appointment. As usual, I checked in for my app and have purchased three vehicles from them. I brought my car in for service today with a scheduled appointment. As usual, I checked in for my appointment, and then went for a walk, and asked that they text me when it was complete. Apparently since I was seen leaving, versus staying in the waiting room, the service advisor had the service technician park my vehicle in the lot and proceeded to have the mechanics work on the cars of all the people who arrived after me. Ninety minutes later, when I returned from the local farmer's market and my walk, without a text, I asked about the status of my car. Seeing it in the lot, I assumed the work had been completed, but soon learned that they had yet to start on it. When I questioned why they had not started on it, the new service advisor defended his colleague and had the nerve to state an appointment doesn't indicate that the vehicle will get in right away, I didn't expect immediate service, but certainly expected that they would have STARTED the oil change, brake router and potential tire replacement I scheduled within ninety minutes. When the mechanic was walking out to my car, I asked for my keys and left. I do not plan to ever visit this dealership again. My money and time are apparently expendable. This is not the first time I have had an issue, but apparently they have gotten worse since my last few visits, wherein they checked that they had topped off fluids but had not, removed the wiper covers but didn't replace them (and I had to go back for them), they broke a wiper in the car wash and routinely charge for 5 quarts of oil for a change when my vehicle only needs 4 (but don't credit me for the extra quart needed on the other vehicle). To top it off, I had to travel back home in the midst of rush hour. Save yourself some grief and seek out another service center, or at least a dealership that knows what service means. Given the age of my vehicles, I expect to make my next purchase in the next 2-3 years. That is likely still the plan, but not with this place. More

We were there to move from a lease to purchasing our vehicle and the staff made the process seamless, covered all upgrade, trade-in, lease renewal, and purchasing questions we had. Great service.
