The ugly: That second lower window in the hatch is butt ugly, might paint it to match body. All kidding aside, Sub zero day, cars breaking down, people late, and it was still the best dealership experience since 1982 (then bought from a friend who worked at dealership) and I have bought 6 other new cars since then at various dealerships. Hope their service is 1/2 as good as their sales. More

Sold a car with problems and dealer won't return calls I bought a 2016 Sequoia at Luther Brookdale. This fall, we noticed rust developing on the tailgate. We brought the truck into service and was told t I bought a 2016 Sequoia at Luther Brookdale. This fall, we noticed rust developing on the tailgate. We brought the truck into service and was told that the tailgate had been repainted and that was why it was rusting. The dealer told us they had no way to know it had been repainted when the sold to us and so not their problem. The Service manager Steve Miller said he would talk to the Toyota rep and get back to us with a solution but he never did. I contacted the dealer again and asked that someone get back to us to discuss. They assured us someone would contact us...no one ever did. I would not purchase a vehicle from Luther Brookdale since they are happy to sell you a vehicle, but won't take responsibility or respond when there is a problem. More
