My most recent visit was phenomenal as I was gently warned of a 2 hour wait but my fabulous Veteran stepped in, put 6 guys on my car and had me out in 40 minutes. I didn't quite get my nap in but I was SUPER Pleased. You know who you are!!! See you all next time. Oh, and delicious coffee, bonus! More

The right way to treat cusomers I drove into the service area for an oil change. A technician greeted me almost immediately and got my mileage and handed me the check-in sheet. I then walked to the service advisor area to check in. Within 15 seconds, an advisor said he would be with me shortly. 30 seconds later someone in the office acknowledged me and said someone would help me shortly. Within 2 minutes someone checked me in. The service waiting area was packed. But there was enough seats, newspapers, bottled water, coffee etc. Someone was cleaning the kitchen service area and making sure the area was well stocked. This, is why I still go to Brookdale Toyota dealership to service my Camry Hybrid XLE even though there is another Toyota dealership much closer to my house. More
