I’m sure the service work performed at the facility is excellent. I had a problem with the salesman. He couldn’t grasp that. I only wanted to deal with the one item I went there for. I asked him several times to not do that and let me just walk away with the item that I wanted. He would not have it. He continue to sell me and sell me. I asked him more than once please don’t go there because I’m not interested in other service other than what I came for. That didn’t stop him so I chose not to use their service department and they probably wouldn’t go there to buy a car either. A salesman above all should be listening to the customer. After that the service manager called me at home and talk about my experience. After I explained it to him, he had no problems with what the salesman was doing. So the problem goes all the way to the top. More

I scheduled the vehicle to be in at 8. When I arrived I was advisred that the appointement is just to drop off the car. They woud not be able to look at it until the next day. I would have been more likely to go for the upsell if I was told what was wrong with the car for the reason I brought it in. However, I was not told what was wrong with the car for the reason it was brought in until abotu 2 hours later. Answer the primary question first and then go for the upsell. More
