I recently bought a 2024 Jetta and had a fantastic experience. I visited the dealership multiple times before buying and never felt pressured or that they were trying to steer me in any which directio experience. We have purchased two cars from Luther Brookdale VW--one new ID.4 in 2023 and one pre-owned certified used Atlas in 2025.
