I had a tight timeframe and I also was not as prepared as I could have been. My proof of insurance was online and my check was out-of-state - I became worried when these two things became hurdles but Scott, Roberta, and Barry were all very kind, patient, and willing to help in whatever way they could. I felt at home and supported by them. I also appreciate the Luther advantage package that comes with a purchase - details seen here www.lutherauto.com/luther-advantage.htm It is really a great bonus. I have also received a couple of follow up emails and calls from Roberta to check in with me and see how things are going. She has not been invasive or overwhelming - I appreciate the care that she shows. Why not 5?? - I made 2 visits to Luther to look at one particular car. I had done my fair share of research before coming and felt like I knew way more about the car than the dealer representative. When I asked questions he theorized and joked - which was fun! but not helpful. 4 strong stars! Thanks again. More
