New Year, New Car! I have been leasing an older model of my of my new car for the last couple years. I absolutely love it, but I was hitting close to my miles. Marco and Leland are a breeze to work with, and so positive that it actually made it enjoyable! I also want to comment that the service department is top notch as well. Chadd is so knowledgeable and easy to work with and the online scheduling and maintenace is a breeze when you need to check on things or get in quickly! I bring my car in settle back and get some work done in the waiting area and in exactly the amount of time they say they will have it done they do. Incredible Experience All I did was go in to see what the 2018 Santa Fe featured versus what my 2013 had. I never anticipated buying a new vehicle that day, yet Michael ma All I did was go in to see what the 2018 Santa Fe featured versus what my 2013 had. I never anticipated buying a new vehicle that day, yet Michael made himself available to answer questions and to set up a test drive. From the very beginning I felt comfortable working with Michael, as I felt I was treated as he would treat a friend. After the test drive we sat down to look at numbers and this is where Marco came into the picture. Marco worked tirelessly to work out numbers for me, including lease options which honestly would not work for me. Once everything was set, I switched vehicles and Marco went back to work again, eventually coming up with numbers that made sense. Tony then got to work with Marco to find my new vehicle, which they did 200 miles away. Twenty four hours later, I had my dream vehicle and everyone got to work prepping it and making it just right. In the mean time, Barry and I worked together to get the loan initiated and all of the extras rolled in to the package. I got the extras I wanted/needed but the big thing is, there was no attempt at an up-sale from anyone. I left figuring I put together the package I wanted with the vehicle I wanted. That way it felt like my vehicle and not the vehicle that anyone at Luther wanted for me. Luther Burnsville, has put together the team, including everyone in service, that sets the standard for others to follow.
