Best car dealership experience I have ever had Linda was so amazing and accommodating. I had called to inquire about a car they had on their website and she went to check inventory and said she wo Linda was so amazing and accommodating. I had called to inquire about a car they had on their website and she went to check inventory and said she would call me back. She called me a couple minutes late to say that hey it’s here and it’s on the show floor. I told her on the phone the terms I was looking for and she said she would have them work it up and give me a call, which I have never had a salesperson offer to do. They always want you to come in and won’t talk numbers over the phone, which I get, but she was so nice about it. I was at a different dealer not having a good experience. But the moment she called me back, she had the numbers right where I wanted them to be and told her I am on my way. Thank God Linda came through! I immediately left that dealer and drove the 20 minutes to Burnsville and when I pulled up I saw Linda had pulled up the model I was looking at and had it all warmed up for me (it was New Year’s Day And was below zero freezing). I walked in the dealer and sure enough the car I wanted was right there on the show floor. Linda walked me around and showed me all the features and was so friendly it put everything at ease. I felt so comfortable and it was like no other car buying experience I have ever had. We test drove the other car since mine was on the showfloor and immediately I knew I wanted to buy it. Linda had already printed up payment options before I got there so all I had to do was pick the one that best fit my budget and 20 minutes late I was driving home in my brand new car! Exactly the one I wanted; down to the one I picked online. It was so hassle free and relaxed. I will always hope they Linda will be there the next time I purchase a vehicle, because she has earned a customer for life and I can’t thank her enough for the awesome experience. It’s the first time I have purchased a car where I feel completely happy, don’t feel taken advantage of and wasn’t forced into anything I didn’t want. Seriously if you are looking for a new or used VW or another brand used car, Linda and Burnsville VW are the only place I will recommend and return to. Thank you Linda and the staff at Burnsville VW.
