Always a wonderful experience I have had nothing but great experiences at this dealership. I came to test drive my first car on a cold rainy day and my car was all ready to go in t I have had nothing but great experiences at this dealership. I came to test drive my first car on a cold rainy day and my car was all ready to go in the garage with the heated seats on and the car all warmed up. The process was super easy and I drove off with my car that day. When I came to get my plates put on they were super great and washed my car for me as well. My second time around buying a car due to an unfortunate accident had the same amount of excellent customer service. I called Luke Klingson who I had previously worked with to make sure the vehicle I wanted was there. He was extremely helpful and we went through a similar process to make sure I was getting the best deal and making the right decision. There was a strange issue with the trunk of the car and he made sure I got a spot in the shop right away to get the issue resolved. I am quite pleased with every experience I've had here and will work with them again when I decide to buy a new car down the road. More

We set up an appointment with Madison Davis. She was extremely helpful throughout the process and was able to get us into 2 vehicles that were exactly what we were looking for! She was very patient with us and really took the time to answer all the questions we had throughout the process. She was extremely accommodating and even had a few toys that my son could play with while we were working the numbers for our trade ins. She went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of! Mike who I'm guessing was the sales manager was also great. Super friendly and patient with us when it came time to have our trades inspected. Made sure to always check in and see how we were doing throughout the process. Great guy! Then is was time to see Roger in finance. Very very friendly guy who knows his stuff! Roger really went above and beyond. So my family and roger were in the finance room, which isn't small but when you have a 2 year old it's difficult lol. Roger busted out some things to entertain our son without batting an eye. I want to personally thank each of these individuals for going above and beyond adapting to the needs of my family. We ended up buying a 2018 Atlas SE and a 2014 Tiguan SE. I can't talk this dealership up enough. Would highly reccomend seeing them for your vehicle needs! More
