I wasn't expecting to purchase a car that day, but I had seen on their website they had a used Toyota Corolla on their lot, so I decided to check it out. I was handed over to Madison Davis, an energetic, sweet and encouraging car saleswoman. Madison never made me feel like I had to purchase the vehicle and was the perfect person to help me through my first car purchase. When she didn't know the answer to a question, she asked colleagues, which I found very honest and endearing. It's rare to work with a woman in these situations and I was thrilled to drive away with my new (to me) Corolla that evening, knowing my purchase put commission in a wonderful woman's pocket! My first Passat was recalled due to diesel emissions. Linda was supportive- not pushy- during my search for a new vehicle. VW's service department is also top notch (Ann) they take care of everything for you during your lease; remind you of services due- simply pull in and they take care of the rest! You can either wait in their modern lounge with free snacks/coffee/sofa or borrow a vehicle and go about your day. Jon Walsh from the credit department is also efficient, knowledgeable and helpful no matter what your credit situation may be.
