Instead of walking away wondering what was really going on behind the sales show -- a common experience in past car-buying -- I left confident that I knew everything I needed to know and that I was getting a more-than-fair deal. Utterly professional in this way, Maddie also took pains to get to know my wife and me on a more personal level, and offered some very good advice based on what she learned. When I arrived she had it waiting for me out front. She was a HUGE sweetheart! I enjoyed working with her - she was super helpful, knowledgable, and professional. The dealership was very nice too. It seemed very well maintained inside and out - everything seemed very clean and even the free water bottles were organized with care. I appreciated that a dealership would take care of such minor little details like that, made it feel very professional and classy. My only complaint was with the finance guy. He seemed pretty pushy on all the extra service plans and warranties. But was still very nice and even though I had said no, he still wrote down a discounted quote he gave me to give them a call back if I changed my mind. I appreciated that :) More

It was nice to have her help me set up all of the electronics with my phone, GPS, radio station and everything else.
