Things like asking what payment date I want (same as my previous lease) versus plugging in your own date was not too bad, until I got the impression changing it was a hassle. Getting the final number wrong and correcting the finance guy as annoying. Not knowing oil changes and required maintenance weren't covered when I came in to pick up my car was annoying and disappointing (my previous lease covered these items). The rash of auoto generated emails toward the end of my lease got old. More
