2 Tiguans My sister was looking for a newer vehicle so we spent a saturday at dealers we were familiar with. Neither of us considered VW because we didn't know My sister was looking for a newer vehicle so we spent a saturday at dealers we were familiar with. Neither of us considered VW because we didn't know anyone who had one. It was impulse that we stopped at VW because I wanted to look at a bug. Rich came out & talked to me while Joanne started looking at the suvs. Rich gave us lots of info, he knew what he was talking about, and Joanne ended up buying a 2013 tiguan that afternoon. Since I knew several people with new cars, I got the urge, went to buick, test drove several suvs but..... Joanne came up for her tiguan & I ended up testing a tiguan that had just come in. Rich sat with me, went through the process and I found myself with a 2013 tiguan. Linda was also very helpful if Rich was with somone whenever we came in. Burnsville VW has an outstanding staff in all areas. Financing was easy, working with Craig.
