Even running out to cars to get them for the customers so the wait time was limited. She is so friendly, caring, and knowledgeable which makes the car buying experience a good one. We bought a used Tiguan for our daughter. This was her first car buying experience and Linda made it a positive one for her. When we picked up the car Linda helped her setup her iphone to sync up to the car and went through all the options on the car in detail. We also worked with Craig Luedke on the financing. It went very smoothly, he was very friendly and he was not pushy at all on the optional items we could purchase. Another positive experience.
