Linda walked us through our options and it turned out Burnsville VW did not have the type of vehicle we were specifically looking for. Linda was determined to help us find the right vehicle that fit our needs and ended up bringing one in for us to purchase. We were so happy we ended up purchasing 2 cars in 1 day from her because she also went above and beyond and found something to replace our second car, which needed to be done soon anyway. Neither of us considered VW because we didn't know anyone who had one. It was impulse that we stopped at VW because I wanted to look at a bug. Rich came out & talked to me while Joanne started looking at the suvs. Rich gave us lots of info, he knew what he was talking about, and Joanne ended up buying a 2013 tiguan that afternoon. Since I knew several people with new cars, I got the urge, went to buick, test drove several suvs but..... Joanne came up for her tiguan & I ended up testing a tiguan that had just come in. Rich sat with me, went through the process and I found myself with a 2013 tiguan. Linda was also very helpful if Rich was with somone whenever we came in. Burnsville VW has an outstanding staff in all areas. Financing was easy, working with Craig. I realize this is a long story but I really like my tiguan and the experience at VW is such that when I decide to go newer again I will be back here first More

They recognized me by the third time I was in there and I was impressed that although I didn't work with or talk to Linda Radue prior to coming in, she knew exactly what I was in there for and connected us with a great sales men. They obviously communicate with one another and that's really helpful! They definitely care about the customers experience! Luke Klingson was really great. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Gave us a fair deal on my trade in and walked away with a new 2016 Passat. Overall, really wonderful customer service and I'd recommend Luke to anyone I know to help them find a new car at VW! More
