She showed me everything I asked about (even cheaper models instead of pressuring to sell the more expensive model and she even walked me all around the parking lot to see more colors) and brought down the car I wanted right away when they didn't have it on-site. She got me a great trade-in value on my old Jetta and really went the extra mile to make me happy. The day of the sale she kept me updated on the process via phone calls (getting the car brought down, detailing it, times I should come in) and helpfully stayed by my side through the whole paperwork process because I am pretty clueless on all of it. Then she walked me through the car features, answered endless questions I had and helped me get both my iPhone hooked up to the car and the VW Information features set up via phone. I never felt rushed through my questions or the process. It was a great experience and I cannot recommend Linda highly enough! More

I basically in a nutshell negotiated by text with Kyle (I was busy playing with my daughter). The price was right as was the finance rates. Signing with Tom (finance) was simple and easy. No hard pressure sales which I appreciated as I think this is a big thumbs down for a lot of dealerships. The only issue was I initially put $1500 down for a hold deposit and when I finalized the sale they charged another $1500 for a total of $3000. They said they realized it and refunded but between this and TCF it's still not back in my account. I don't blame the dealer but, it is still annoying none the less. So far I love this car! I would definitely by from Kyle again! More
