Our local dealers resisted transferring the car from Minnesota and tried to sell us ones we didn't want. So, we called LBVW ourselves and they bent over backwards to work with s. Sales Rep Kyle Willemsen was outstanding, quoting us the lowest online price possible, making it feasible for us to ship this car 1,400 miles and still come out better than buying one locally. Kyle communicated very thoroughly via e-mail and phone. Finance Manager Tom Walsh made the purchase and financing easy and convenient, answering all of our questions thoroughly, and even over-nighting us all of our purchase and financing documents while we were on vacation. Kyle and Tom made this long-distance purchase the least stressful, easiest, and most enjoyable car purchase we have ever experienced. Linda came out, warmly greeted us, and after explaining that we really just came to look at the one car she asked if she could take down our info just in case something fell through, which to just our luck happened! Linda called us the next day and we came that very evening. She was reassuring, kind, and did not sell to just one of us, but treated us both with understanding. We're thrilled with our car and Linda. If I have anyone looking for a vehicle I will hands down recommend her to friends and family.
