Easy Easy Easy I was looking for a fully loaded GTI and Burnsville had the car I was looking for. I basically in a nutshell negotiated by text with Kyle (I was busy playing with my daughter). The price was right as was the finance rates. Signing with Tom (finance) was simple and easy. No hard pressure sales which I appreciated as I think this is a big thumbs down for a lot of dealerships. The only issue was I initially put $1500 down for a hold deposit and when I finalized the sale they charged another $1500 for a total of $3000. They said they realized it and refunded but between this and TCF it's still not back in my account. I don't blame the dealer but, it is still annoying none the less. So far I love this car! I would definitely by from Kyle again! More
