Be Careful If you Lease from Linda I very much so want to give a 5 star rating but please be very careful if you are going to be turning in a lease and start a new lease with Linda. Our I very much so want to give a 5 star rating but please be very careful if you are going to be turning in a lease and start a new lease with Linda. Our lease was up in July 2016 for a 2013 Beetle. Starting around February of 2016, we had seen Linda in the showroom at times while we had one of our 2 VW's in for service and she let us know that we could turn in the car anytime to get into a new Beetle. Fast forward to May, when we were in again for a service appointment and we saw Linda again and she showed us a new Limited Edition Beetle. We decided to go with the new one and we thought we were ending the lease early but since we were getting a new one, we assumed that the dealership would end the old lease and start the new lease in May. Our assumption was due to us going through this same situation at a Dodge dealership where the overlap in leases was forgiven since we were getting into a new lease. Not here at Luther Burnsville Volkswagen. Since we turned in the 2013 Beetle "early" we still had to pay for the next two months on the 2013 Beetle to complete that lease AS WELL as pay for the new Beetle, where those payments started right away in May. So now we have been paying for 2 lease payments for 3 months!!! Who does that?? We were in no hurry to end the old lease but trusted Linda, that she wouldn't try to screw us, since she had been mentioning turning in the 2013 for a few months prior to May. Wouldn't this be an important piece of information to pass along to your customer? A quick, "Hey, I just want to make sure that you understand that you'll be making 2 car payments for May, June, and July. Are you good with that?" My answer would have been, NO, I don't want to do that, I'll just wait until my lease is up. Luther Volkswagen did send us a check for one of the months after demanding that they make it right. I don't want anyone else to find themselves in this situation. So please, learn from our mistake that when leasing with Linda Radue at Luther Volkswagen, be sure to ask lots of questions regarding your lease because otherwise, they are all to quick to give you no information, take your money, and clearly focus on only making a sale. More

I was looking for a very specific veh We very recently purchased a Corolla S Plus from Burnsville Volkswagen, Rich Cadry was the person who helped us. I was looking for a very specific vehicle since I wanted a manual which is rare. Burnsville Volkswagen had one on the lot which was exactly what I hoped for. However, it had only one key and replacement keys are very expensive (around $400). It also had a lot of dust from driving on dirt roads in all the corners and crevices. Rich really went to bat for us and got the manager to take half the price of the key off the purchase price of the car and also had the detailers make the car spotless. We felt satisfied that we got a great deal and are very happy with the car. We would definitely recommend Burnsville Volkswagen and Rich to anyone looking for a good used car. More
