The process began with me inquiring about a couple cars online two weeks before my purchase date and received a quick reply from their automated system saying that a salesperson would be contacting me the following day. Luckily, I was paired with Linda Radue who listened intently when I explained my situation. I currently live in Arizona and am moving to Minnesota in two months and was looking to purchase a car during my week long visit. She worked with me the two weeks that I was out of town and explained the best way for me to go about the process. She was patient and accommodating and allowed my parents to see the vehicle I wanted so that I could decide whether or not to place a deposit on the.
