Professional Service Just traded a 2010 Touareg TDI for a 2014 Touareg TDI. Linda Radue helped me through what turned out to be a fantastic purchase experience. The expe Just traded a 2010 Touareg TDI for a 2014 Touareg TDI. Linda Radue helped me through what turned out to be a fantastic purchase experience. The experience was far more like a consultation with a smart friend than a commercial transaction. Used for used is a tricky because the pricing on both vehicles is subjective. I ended up getting what I think was a pretty fair price on the net, and the negotiation was friendly and adult-like. I'm a know-it-all tech geek, and the Touareg TDI is a cult car that I'm fairly passionate about. Linda has the people skills to let me run a bit, and then gently close my knowledge gaps so I didn't overlook important features of the new car. While the car is technically used, Linda stayed late on a Saturday night to deliver it like it was brand new and special just for me. I traded in a BMW 530 and a SUV on my first Touareg TDI. I saw it as a single vehicle that could tow a race trailer, have the feel of a german luxury sedan and get decent mileage commuting. It was all that and more. The Touareg/Cayenne platform has always been a a towing secret weapon. Add the 3 liter clean diesel engine and it really shines. Set the cruise at 80mph on the western interstates and the drive train rarely downshifts, and the chassis handles like the trailer isn't even there. The new to me 2014 seems to have subtle refinements in every category, and I expect it to be even more satisfying than the 2010 - which has to have been my favorite car to date. I am absolutely trilled, both with the car and the outstanding professional service provided by Linda and her team at Burnsville VW. More
