The first time we went to the dealer, we just wanted to test drive a few cars and get a feel for the different vehicle sizes (Golf, Jetta and Passat). We worked with Luke K who was very knowledgeable about even the smallest differences in cars, equipment and trim (S, SE, SEL etc). He was also more than happy to let us drive various vehicles without pressuring us to make a decision to purchase a car. I had a few follow up questions that I asked via text messages and Luke always responded within minutes. The second time we went to the dealer, we took the car that we ended up purchasing on a longer test drive to make sure that it was what we wanted. Afterwards the purchase (which was seamless), Luke did another thorough walk through of all of the car functions which was helpful (remote start, radio/nav system etc).
