All the staff at this dealership seem to treat people with courtesy and a sense of knowledge that doesn't belittle the buyer. My particular sales person, Linda Radue, is quick to try to please and very sharp. It was really nice to work with her on this purchase. I will definitely keep going back there as I have been very pleased with the all around experience. More

In this most recent experience, for example, the price quoted was less than the low end range suggested in the Consumer Reports car buying guide and the trade-in was about what Kelly Blue Book recommended; no negotiating was necessary. The sales person (Linda) was helpful, informative, and knowledgeable and responded appropriately and quickly to our interests. We do have a concern about our 2015 Jetta, however, which is not a reflection on Burnsville VW and its sales and service people. We have discovered that our Jetta has a low level "thumping" sound on all but the smoothest roads which was not evident in the demonstration model we drove and the service technician was unable to find a cause. Maybe it is just a normal road noise for the Jetta. More
