I've waited to write a review because so many times in our internet connected society we are rushed into writing a review that we do so and haven't really had the time to form a full opinion on our purchases. I also don't like writing reviews. However in this case, looking back on my experience I am extremely pleased with my experience. During Christmas time last year I broke the key to my 2000 Jetta and the parts department helped me get it fixed without charging me for the reprogramming of the fob. That is customer service so when it came time to purchase a new vehicle I went straight back to Luther Volkswagen. The best thing about my purchasing experience was that Linda Radue actually listened to what I was looking for and provided me with 3 excellent options that fit my needs. She even put before me a car that I could only imagine would fit my needs, and it does fit my needs. The car is excellent, with just a few minor annoyances, but in general way beyond my expectations. If you've read this far into the review, stop reading and go down there ask for Linda and get yourself a new car, you'll get what you want and you'll have a friendly, courteous and fulfilling experience. These guys are the best. I waited for an alignment that was supposed to take 2 hours but only took 1.5.
