my new CC Just got a 2013 CC R Line. I honestly did not expect to get it but the sales staff made it happen. When I got the keys, I noticed that the front end Just got a 2013 CC R Line. I was very upset that I might have to fix this issue myself but Linda made some magic happen and got my front end repainted. The staff goes out of the way to make sure I am happy whenever I come in. Linda is one of the warmest salespeople that I have met. We had 2 of our children with us and they were also treated with respect. Too often, people seem to care only about the ones signing for the car - not so here. In fact, my daughter got a sliver in her finger and Linda helped to get it out! (above and beyond the call of duty!). When we worked with Jackie on our financing, she again was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different options and the ramifications of the different payment schedules. There was a small fix to be made to the vehicle and they made a excellent effort to get it done so that we could take the car with us that day (and it was on a Saturday afternoon), instead of driving back to get it (we live on the opposite side of the Twin Cities). It was a very pleasant experience and I have already told friends and relatives how pleased we were with Luther. What was also very nice is that Linda wasn't pushy about the sale and she took a lot of time with us. We will definitely recommend Luther and Linda to anyone we know who is looking for a vehicle. Sandie the service representative was courteous, professional, friendly and was genuinely interested in providing excellent service. I requested and was provided a loaner car (new VW Passat). The car was brought in to the garage to me instead of me looking for it outside (nice touch). I received a phone call when the car was ready. Sandie explained the work that had been completed on the car and addressed all of my questions with satisfaction. My car washed before I arrived and was brought in to the garage for me. I was offered coffee and cookies while there. Overall, it was an excellent experience. More
