I was then consulted as they reached a decision on which model to get and on finance options as he was going to pay a small portion of the purchase price. They went beyond our expectations! We worked with Steve K. on a lease turn-in, considering both re-leasing and/or purchase. When he needed some help, Rich C. stepped in and was willing to assist with returning cars from test drives and getting mileage numbers to make the paperwork go more smoothly. Even Tom in the business office was courteous and professional, but also very friendly asking about our jobs, family, etc. The facility was also new, sleek and modern, with "green" components. If necessary, we look forward to their increased ability to quickly service the vehicle we leased as well. Amazing service! I brought my Jetta TDI sportwagen in for the 10k service and a problem with the sunroof shade. Now I just came up from Florida to MN for work and as I I brought my Jetta TDI sportwagen in for the 10k service and a problem with the sunroof shade. Now I just came up from Florida to MN for work and as I did not buy the car here at Burnsville VW I was not sure what to expect. Well I was pleasantly surprised with the both the professionalism and the way I was treated. The car had to be brought back to repair the sunshade and I was given a loaner car since I am staying about 50 miles from the dealer. I certainly did not expect this and was very appreciative to get a loaner. Since I did not buy the car from them it was outstanding to receive the amazing treatment. I would highly recommend Burnsville VW and will do so if asked. More

A little hiccup I got in on short notice to fix a serious issue with my new vehicle. The car was washed but there was lubricant on the wipers. When I used the washer on the way home driving into the sun, there was a big smear on my windshield which made it extremely tough to see. I would suggest covering the windshield while in the shop. The car had smears inside too. Other than that, the service was great. I've owned VWs since 1999 so this was the first not so happy visit. More
