My 3rd Tiguan My lease was almost up on my 2nd Tiguan, so I had been looking at some other similar-sized vehicles. I really hadn't seen any I liked as well as the T My lease was almost up on my 2nd Tiguan, so I had been looking at some other similar-sized vehicles. I really hadn't seen any I liked as well as the Tiguan. So I went back to Burnsville VW. I hadn't seen Linda Radue since I leased my last Tiguan 3 years ago. I wondered if she was still there & if I'd recognize her and/or if she would recognize me. Well, I walked in and saw Linda sitting with a couple at her desk. I couldn't believe it, but she looked up at me and said my name! 3 years!! And that lady has sold a lot of cars since then! I ended up leasing a 2014 Tiguan from Linda & Burnsville VW a few days later. My 3rd one & I just love those vehicles! The sunroof & the green tinted glass are my 2 favorites. Linda Radue provides excellent service in every way, and she does it all with a smile! She's honest, she follows through, and she follows-up! I'd recommend Linda & Burnsville VW to anyone interested in a quality vehicle at a great price, and excellent service. More

Leasing a New Car I choose to return to Linda Radue at Burnsville Volkswagen when the lease on my Jetta was coming to an end. I went in just to see what my options were and thought that it was going to be a complicated process to end my lease and get another. We never felt any pressure throughout the experience (which is opposite of the experience we had buying our last new car at another local dealership this past July). Burnsville VW changed our perception of the whole car buying experience and we left with smiles on our faces. My only reason for not giving them all 5's was a small glitch in the paperwork that meant a new contract being written up. A small inconvenience that they made sure was resolved in a timely manner.
