They ran my car through the wash so it left cleaner than it came in which was a nice touch. The service advisor as well as the employee who helped finalize my transaction at the end were very friendly. My only comment would be that the two greeters that were my first point of contact after pulling into the service bay weren’t the most approachable, but in the grand scheme of things if that’s my one “negative” I’d say that’s pretty good. I’m very happy with my recent service at Luther VW in Burnsville and would highly recommend them for your next service! More
