Wendy was extremely personable, she was knowledgeable on the cars I was test driving and just explained facts while not being pushy. She went above and beyond when I had questions to figure out the correct answers. She was transparent and SO kind! I can honestly say this is the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I then worked with Tom Walsh on my financing. He helped walk me through each step of my financing, explaining anything I didn't understand and also laying out my different options for financing, warranties and other add ons. He was patient and again, extremely kind! I am so relieved to have found a dealership that treats everyone with respect.
