I was buying a used vehicle (of another make) however that didn’t seem to downplay The sales staff were immediately welcoming, responsive and helpful. I was buying a used vehicle (of another make) however that didn’t seem to downplay my importance to them. The building and grounds are very clean and the waiting area, of which we spent a few hours, was accommodating. The downfall of our visit was the wait for financing. Had we known it would take 2+ hours before work began on our file, we would have ran errands or gotten some fresh air on a nice day. More

Willing to screw over another VW salesperson I was working with Luther Westside VW on getting a new car. I spent hours with the sales person over several visits going back and forth whether I sho I was working with Luther Westside VW on getting a new car. I spent hours with the sales person over several visits going back and forth whether I should buy new or purchase used. We found a used car (2018 Tiguan) I wanted to purchase, however, it was with Luther Burnsville VW and they would not release the car to Luther Westside.....even though it's company policy. I had to abandon my relationship with Westside and purchase the car from Burnsville. When sat down I immediately told Linda Radue about the situation and she just shrugged her shoulders like 'oh well'. Then she had the gall to ask numerous times for referrals and she would pay $100. I asked if she'd pay the $100 to my sales person at Westside since he did all the work she flatly said 'no'. I will continue to refer all my friends and family to Juri Longinov at Westside VW.....he was thorough, gracias, and incredibly helpful. I'm sad that he lost the sale to Linda Radue.....I guess Luther Burnsville VW values sales over their customers. I will never recommend them nor Linda. More

Excellent service for first time buyer Saw a vehicle that I was interested in online and requested more information to see if it was still available. Within an hour, I received a phone call from Luke to set up a time to check it out. They had a large used inventory with multiple options for the exact car I was looking for. During our appointment, Luke was super educated and efficient! We took the car for a test drive, had all our questions answered & were able to sign and drive away within 2.5 hours! As a first time buyer on my own, I was anxious about the process, but they were awesome at breaking everything down & I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. We'll be back again for future purchases! More
