He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle; the features, the benefits of the Autobahn trim level, CPO warranty details, everything. The finance department (Tom Walsh) worked with me and made the purchase an easy experience and pricing was transparent. All in all I'm glad I decided to randomly stop in - my experience was better than most other dealerships I've visited, and I am now a proud owner of a vehicle I've wanted for a very long time. Great experience! This was by far the best car buying experience ever. When I called to check the availability of the VW Golf that interested me, John Trombley said he This was by far the best car buying experience ever. When I called to check the availability of the VW Golf that interested me, John Trombley said he would have it warmed up and ready for a test drive. I did not have to wait at all. John was friendly but not pushy. He is enthusiastic about VWs and that showed, but never did he try any sales tactics. I did decide to buy the certified previously owned car, and John had the paperwork ready on his clean desk. Because I live an hour away from the dealership, John came to pick me up the next morning, drove me to the dealership (outstanding customer service!). Drove away in my sparkling new Golf about 15 minutes later. No one tried to pressure me into anything. Clean neat facility. Friendly personnel. Best experience ever. Will definitely return there. Should I OR should'nt I I was considering purchasing a 2019 VW convertible--my fourth (2003, 2013, 2016, 2019) --since it might be my last one and production is to end June 1 I was considering purchasing a 2019 VW convertible--my fourth (2003, 2013, 2016, 2019) --since it might be my last one and production is to end June 15, 2019. My first 2003 was a gift from my husband and in my favorite color ORANGE. In early 2014, I had need of an extra car and Burnsville VW had a silver on their lot over the winter. It was silver and a 2013 which answered all of my immediate needs. ORANGE Beetles returned in 2016 and I could not resist!! Then the NEWS broke in late 2018 that BEETLE vehicles were to no longer be made....I had decided to gift my two kids the Silver and Orange convertibles as their needs changed and I was without my SUMMMER RIDE!! Linda Radue helped me with each transfer to the kids and she has been my GO-TO throughout my car-buying experience. My daughter has the silver 2013 and my son has the orange 2016. When I was pondering the necessity of a new one for my self, the kids didn't want me to have THEIR colors. I went in to order a red or blue one, however, Linda knew about my desires to have "premium packages" and showed me a WHITE convertible with the RIGHT interior and all the bells and wistles I like (it had arrived on the transport the Friday before my visit). My son was with me and said "Put a Sold Sign on it! I didn't even road test it! When my schedule allowed, Linda sent a driver 150 miles to get me, we did all the paper work and I drove into my own garage by 8 pm....it will sit until the snow melts and I will drive it on April 15!! Linda knows her STUFF and is a good listener. You will love the service she provides. I consider her a TRUE friend. More
