I wouldn't buy a car from anyone else! The staff at Burnsville VW are outstanding, and so is the service they provide. They will even drive me down the road so I can get errands done while they service Burnsville VW are outstanding, and so is the service they provide. Great service! Everyone was friendly and we had a car to use while waiting. Only wish that the original tires on my Tiguan were of better quality. I went in to Burnsville VW yesterday to get my oil changed and to check on my current lease as it was expiring soon. The service people are all excellant and always very helpful and very friendly. While waiting for my service to be done I sought out Linda Radue, whom I leased my current vehicle from. There she was with that big smile and knew who I was immediately. Inquired about my family and then proceeded to help me sort out the fine details of my current lease and helping me to leave with a new lease and a new vehicle to fit my current needs. What a wonderful dealership and wonderful and knowledgeable staff. This is my 3rd VW with Linda. She always makes you feel like family and always answers all your questions. I took my car in to this dealership for some minor work. After their hands on multi-point inspection and computer diagnosis, they came back with quite a detailed list of what was wrong with the car. I was suprised that part of the diagnosis was that my car needed a transmission. I took my car to another shop for a second opinion. The second shop said it could not be a transmission. They put my spare on the left front replacing a seemingly good tire. After driving it they took me for a ride. There was no noise and it did not need a transmission. It was a bad left front tire that was causing the problem. Burnsville Volkswagen wanted to charge me thousands for a new transmission when it was a bad tire. They are either inept or dishonest. I will never go back and will tell everybody that I can about this incident. More

Volkswagen of Burnsville has always gone out of their way to ensure that I receive the most personalised, fast, and courteous service. I understand that I can be a tad difficult to work with, considering I to ensure that I receive the most personalised, fast, and courteous service. I understand that I can be a tad difficult to work with, considering I tend to find faults in the slightest degrees, and I know that can be frustrating to deal with; however, I've come to realise that no matter the concern, I'm always greeted/welcomed and never fought on the issue's presented. Often times, these concerns are part of normal operation and I'm simply not used to the way the vehicle reacts -- other occasions, an issue is identified and resolved within a short period of time. During repairs, I've always been offered a rental, which is at no cost to me. As a courtesy, VW Burnsville has added minor touches to my vehicle to make it's appeal more aesthetically pleasing for me, which I appreciate greatly. One of these "touches" were actually more a replacement/repair on a slightly noticeable scratch which bothered me, located on the interior aluminium cup holder cover--which, typically wouldn't be replaced because it's considered normal wear & tear. Knowing that VW Burnsville does try their best to ensure my satisfaction, and has|will go above and beyond what is necessary, really makes me happy that I made VW Burnsville my dealership of choice. Ann Shirley has always been particularly upfront and honest with me about what can or cannot be done with some of my concerns. Always professional, and very easy to understand, she's always patient and never interrupts me, especially when I'm going on about something I feel is unacceptable [in regards to my vehicle's operation, etc] --this type of attitude really makes me feel at ease and not so stressed. It's such a pleasure working with Ann, I always know I'll be taken care of when she's around. Alas, there are other's very much similar to Ann -- Brad Knudson and Glenn Riippa have also worked with me in the past with similar stories to state about them. Actually, probably the same stories just different times. Either way, everyone in service at VW Burnsville is top notch in my eyes and I am happy to know they work so hard to ensure my vehicle is working soundly. And as an added note, I'd like to state that I've spoken to Sandie, Jeremy, amd Ugur over the phone before, about issue's, and all remains the same as the above -- awesome service I highly recommend VW Burnsville Service centre. I had an emergency service need and phoned the dealership as I was driving there. I was greeted immediately and my car was taken for service. I received a shuttle ride to work and was picked up when my car as I was driving there. I was greeted immediately and my car was taken for service. I received a shuttle ride to work and was picked up when my car was finished. I didn't have to worry a bit, it was all handled seamlessly. This has always been my experience at Burnsville VW. P.S. Please add George, your Shuttle Driver, to your list of employees above. One of my highlights to service is my visit with George, you are lucky to have him. More

It's refreshing to have a service advisor who's an enthusiast and genuinely cares about customers and their VW vehicles. In the past 2 years, I have been bringing my 2008 R32 to Burnsville VW and spec enthusiast and genuinely cares about customers and their VW vehicles. In the past 2 years, I have been bringing my 2008 R32 to Burnsville VW and specifically to Ugur for service. Ugur pays very close attention to everything. He always takes notes on what needs to be done to my car and watches over the entire service process. I absolutely trust Ugur to take great care of my car. More
