I had an appointment at 9:15. I dropped the vehicle off about 8:30 and my wife picked me up. Never got a call when it was done. I texted about 12:00 to see if it was done. They always do a good job. What I really love is that they don't give me a whole list of b/s that really does not need to be done to my vehicle. Driving through Fargo on a Saturday afternoon when my oil lines blew out. Was stranded. Kevin took care of the situation.
