SERVICE WORK Told them we had an appt but they did not seem to care. They were more concerned that we needed new tires and NO ONE came and got us to discuss this Told them we had an appt but they did not seem to care. They were more concerned that we needed new tires and NO ONE came and got us to discuss this option. Instead the guy told us he was waiting on another guy who was at lunch!! We told them we could not do tires that day and to just put them back on as we had an another apt to get to but they still proceeded to stand around and give us tire quotes when we clearly stated we did not have time. We had already been there over a 1-1/2 with no one coming to talk to us. If you have someone going to lunch maybe someone else should take over that spot so a customer isn't left just sitting there. It seemed that no one cared we had to get to another apt (which we ended up being late to!!!) Not impressed with the way things were handled. A customer should NOT be left sitting and waiting due to one of your employees being at lunch. We have purchased all our vehicles from Luther but it only takes one bad experience for a customer to go elsewhere!! More
