Highly disappointed bought an explorer from ford store figured the other store would be good too but 2nd in a couple years disappointed my parents had bad luck and so did I every other dealer was thousand figured the other store would be good too but 2nd in a couple years disappointed my parents had bad luck and so did I every other dealer was thousands higher then them on trade going to a different dealer that has respect manager or appraisal guy seemed nice on drive and then low ball offered and when I said way to low it was have a nice day not even trying to earn business or give fair trade value it was 3000 below Kelly blue book buy it offer so they wanted to get a vehicle that books for 15k to sell and give a person 5k to make 10k off me I don’t think so gave this place a second chance after my parents back luck and no more I will never refer or send anyone to Luther auto group ever again no dealer tries to keep a customer seeing we have even serviced both vehicles there More
