Had an appointment at 1130am. No communication until 3pm when I texted the number asking for an update as I had a family situation come up. Responded with they are just starting it now because it got bumped. When I showed up no mention of the wait and just was like this is normal. I get things happen but communication would have helped me not miss my family situation. I’ve had great experiences before this but this one will make me look elsewhere for future maintenance. More
