The dealership is great, but sometimes the service desk isn’t! When you go in to get a service done and there are two people at the service desk that tell you you need to go to this other desk for check in isn’t! When you go in to get a service done and there are two people at the service desk that tell you you need to go to this other desk for check in for your oil change and you go to the desk that is obviously unattended and wait there for 5-10minutes for someone to show up is not acceptable in my opinion. And since I had been waiting there for a while one of the guys from the other desk that I had gone up to then came over to tell me to come to his side of the desk and he would get me checked in. So why wouldn’t that have happened in the first place when they obviously saw the oil change desk was unattended. And they were not busy! Was not really happy. Then when I went to get my car keys and pay for my bill I had to stand there for another 10 minutes because they couldn’t find my keys. I don’t think any customer should have to wait at any desk when there are two capable men sitting at another one they should’ve just helped me in the first place. And I only had the problem at the service desk area. All other people were great! More

I was told they fixed the tire pressure indicator light issue but it wasn’t. They also said they don’t have a way to lift the pickup since it has an after market tailgate. And they don’t think they have a jack when I said to just jack it up. After a couple visits it seems to have been repaired when I told them to just replace the sensors. And I was charged initially for work that wasn’t completed so I’m sure I got billed extra the second visit. The name on the work order doesn’t appear to match the rep I talked to on at least one occasion. More
