I went in for an oil change, and the tech found my washer fluid reservoir to be green & murky. Said it didn't look right and wondered if I used a special kind of fluid, so he talked to a main shop tech and t fluid reservoir to be green & murky. Said it didn't look right and wondered if I used a special kind of fluid, so he talked to a main shop tech and they both decided that engine coolant was put into washer fluid reservoir and the only way to drain would be to replace the washer motor which would be two hours of labor plus parts. Funny thing is that I just refilled the washer fluid earlier that day and it was orange. I had to self-diagnose it myself and tell Andrew Bloomquist that the colors of the liquids probably mixed and that's what created the green color...Pretty disappointed honestly! Can you imagine if a person was to just say "go ahead and replace it all and WASTE ALL THAT MONEY on something so elementary?!? Ridiculous that a lube tech, a main shop tech, & Andrew at the desk all couldn't figure that out on their own but customers coming in are suppose to trust that everyone knows what they're doing? More
