This has nothing to do with one person in particular. Since day 1 I have not had 1 single good experience. I have always left feeling terrible and much worse than when I came in. I have had to literally wait 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. This was after I initiated the conversation and said, "can somebody please help me?!" Otherwise they had been sitting around conversing with themselves. I felt like a burden because I asked for help. I was there one time with the tow guy and he helped me more than any of your staff. He went to the counter, through the keys down and then help me get the service I needed. He said, don't worry this isn't just you, it happens all the time. When I finally get some acknowledgement I felt like a burden on the staff. That's how they make me feel because they are terrible. We have gone to your facility since day one to get services and repairs. We have spent so much money there and have gotten 0 respect in return. Sure, the sales gentleman was very kind and nice, but that was because he was selling the vehicle. After that, we have been ignored. We are no longer going to use your services because our warranty is up. I am writing this email in hopes that it helps other people not experience such bad service. I have Nothing but bad things to say about your dealership. I just want to be treated like a human being. That shouldn't be that difficult especially when your in a sales position. Last thing, I am a nurse and I found it very disturbing that none of your staff were wearing mass. Other than the check out lady, no one was taking precautions. They were definitely not 6' apart and they were all clumped together. I have seen what this virus can do and it's not pretty. Amy More
Did the job it came in for but didn’t get my car wash like they said and they charged me $60 to check the engine light that was on.
