There was no shuttle service. I scheduled this service because I had an appointment in town. I was told that there was a shuttle service available. I gave an extra half an hour and was told there would not be a problem for me to get to the appointment. I asked about the shuttle and was told just wait in the lounge. There was no sign and no one was around to offer assistance. I had to cancel my appointment. More

Works with you to solve issues! Electronic issue, worked car in as it was undrivable. Seems to have rational diagnosis of problem and more importantly a solution that makes sense. Oil Change We bought our truck and we received 2 free oil changes. We don’t drive our truck a lot so we didn’t have a lot of miles on it. When we got to the cent We bought our truck and we received 2 free oil changes. We don’t drive our truck a lot so we didn’t have a lot of miles on it. When we got to the center they said the free oil changes had expired. I feel that they should have honored the GM free oil change anyway. We did have a free oil change from Luther and did have to use it. But we should have had 3 free oil changes. It is a two hour drive for us so I dont see us going back for oil changes. Also when we picked up the truck is smelled like burning oil. My husband got out and look and they had spilled oil all over and didn’t clean it up. Very unprofessional. We had to wipe it all off. I feel like for the price we paid for the truck we would have gotten better customer service. More

Outstanding service Went in for a brake software recall appointment and told them about the issues with the brake. They replaced the bad part, the belt, and did the recal Went in for a brake software recall appointment and told them about the issues with the brake. They replaced the bad part, the belt, and did the recall without needing to make a new appointment. They had my truck over twice as long as what was scheduled and were pretty busy with other customers. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend them to anyone. More
