Since I was at work, and he knew my wife was at home with our baby boy, Paul arranged for a pick up at my office. By the time my lunch hour arrived, my vehicle was already fixed and returned. This is the first time I have been disappointed in their ser I have taken my vehicles here since Robin Tollefson started working there.My Pontiac was services there on Nov21.I was told we needed new tie rods but I have taken my vehicles here since Robin Tollefson started working there.My Pontiac was services there on Nov21.I was told we needed new tie rods but chose not to do that now .I took the vehicle elsewhere for other work today and found out it does not need tie rods.It makes me wonder if other things were done that wasn’t necessary.I do not know the mechanics here but know the service advisor only goes by what the mechanic tells them. More

Oil change I was disappointed with how long it took for a basic oil change. My appointment was at 3:15 and I didn’t leave until almost 5 o’clock. Other service centers I have been to have had me in and out in an hour. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly. More
