One car in the shop in front of me, first in line, and 1 hour and 20 minutes to get an oil change. They did say that car was getting the tire rotated and that would take 20 minutes. Scheduling appointment was easy but there was delay of more than a week to address the problem. But service department assured me it was okay to continue driving, which turned out to be correct.
