I came for a drop in oil change. Everything was great and I got out of there in in a short amount of time period the only only thing I would say where improvement is needed is that Everything was great and I got out of there in in a short amount of time period the only only thing I would say where improvement is needed is that I pulled up to the garage Bay and nobody came out to greet me or check me in. Bought my lease out and worked with Brad. He had emailed me the buy out including tax title and license. My bank got the loan processed and I brought the check down from Grand Forks to Brad. He had emailed me the buy out including tax title and license. My bank got the loan processed and I brought the check down from Grand Forks to Brad. He than informed me that I still owed $300 for dealership fees that he said he forgot about. I ended up having to pay that out of my pocket on the spot. I’m on a budget and that was not a good experience. He just told me he’s sorry and there is nothing he could do. More
