Good Morning, The technician diagnosed your battery issue as being an open in the wiring harness circuit CDC09, all repairs declined. Any time diagnostics are requested by a customer there is a charge associated with the technicians time. The sunroof issue was diagnose to be broken guides, they are made of plastic and are cracked, moisture is present in the overhead counsel. Sunroof is not operating properly coupled with water intrusion already present will lead to all sorts of electrical issues including battery drain. All repairs were declined. I apologize if anyone treated you in any manner that made you feel as though you were disrespected. That is not how we treat our guests. Generally my teams feedback is positive. I am very easy to be reached and am disappointed that you chose to respond in this manner rather than reaching out to me directly.

Never had a dead battery before bringing it in to be serviced, Haven’t had a battery issue since servicing Ordered a used upper counsel and plugged it in and sunroof works fine, seals up perfectly. Had two tpms sensors installed and now on of the sensors I had installed a couple months ago doesn’t work Still have a advanced steering light on my dash that wasn’t there prior to coming in. Basically paid 700$ for the tech to install two tpms sensors and drain my batteries down to nothing If you think this is good service work, I’m thouroughly disappointed in your shop

The initial complaint is vehicle is leaking water through the upper control panel on the headliner after rain. Inspection revealed the sunroof was not parking correctly allowing water to leak in. A used console would not rectify that concern. It may rectify the damage already caused to the console by water intrusion but will not address the root cause of the complaint which is water leaking. In either case a console was recommended due to the water damage. The vehicle was brought in for LH sensors inop, is the concern with the left hand sensors rectified? Have you allowed us to try to retrain the right hand side? Yes the vehicle did need to be jumped at the dealership, I believe my staff stayed after hours to rectify that concern. With the charging system issue the alternators are not operating correctly, they may cease to charge or charge constantly, leading to premature battery failure. We would be happy to revisit the diagnosis as Brian had offered that evening. I will attempt to contact you on Monday and see what would work best for you.

Staff did not stay after hours, dealership’s service department was open an hour after I left the premises, you are a liar and trying to blame bad service on the customer

Tech could not correctly diagnose bad sunroof rails as I pulled fuse to sunroof, it was inoperable as brought in, never opened to even see rails!!! Bad service department and quickly blame customer for terrible service work
