Brought my Ford car in for an oil change. All of the oil was not drained. Then it was over filled with oil when I picked it up. Had to go back into the shop to drain the oil. When it was bein All of the oil was not drained. Then it was over filled with oil when I picked it up. Had to go back into the shop to drain the oil. When it was being refilled with oil it got spilled over the valve cover and down onto the header. This was the second time I’ve had my car in for an oil change and the second time they’ve screwed it up. More

Ordered a part, prepaid, never called it came in, checked myself. Picked it up, went to install, wrong part. Had explained the door seal in the cabin had gotten torn as the my dog stepped into the vehicle. P myself. Picked it up, went to install, wrong part. Had explained the door seal in the cabin had gotten torn as the my dog stepped into the vehicle. Parts guy said he could see how that can happen, ordered what I thought was the right part. The seal I got goes around the door, no way my dog would of ever been able to step on it when getting in the the vehicle. More
