Quick Lane is anything but quick. First attempt at an oil change, I was told it would be five hour wait but I was free to leave my vehicle. Second attempt, I was third in line prior to opening and still waited 3 hours. Three bays, one dedicated to appointments only, yet only one bay operating. Maybe if you limited the bays to oil changes only instead of offering tire balance and rotation, which the two owners before me opted for, you'd have better success in turning oil changes? Also, up-selling to the ignorant must be lucrative! I was told by the lube tech that they recommended that the air filter be replaced. I personally replaced the filter four days before my visit. More
